We spent the month of September preparing for our first “Hello” to the market place, thats right many years of work on Blendi Snacks & then you have to shout “Jump” knowing that you are not 100% prepared. We chose the Dublin Vegfest to do what is known in the Entrepreneur World as a “soft launch” it means you still have time to go back to the kitchen and do some tweaking in preparation for the hard launch that will follow.
The Dublin Vegfest was packed mixing with other like minded food entrepreneurs and of course our vegan friends who share our advocacy in consuming plant-based foods. Is it just me or have you noticed the amount of celebrities recently who have switched to eating less meat & more vegetables for various reasons some animal rights, environmental but mainly overall health.

Whatever the reason I hope they continue to use their status to influence more people to adopt a healthier and kinder lifestyle.
